In 2017, the number of work-related accidents at CPS Quality was close to zero.This is the result of a training policy for our teams where safety is an essential notion.
CPS Quality has introduced a training methodology to onboard new employees along a precise development path. Along this path, safety instructions are the first issue addressed, before any theoretical training.
As well as the basic training, each mission starts with a review of the particular safety rules on the site in question.
